NCAS Mission
At Neurofeedback, Counseling, & Assessment Services, our mission is to provide high-quality counseling services and evidence-based interventions to individuals, couples, and families who are experiencing emotional and/or psychological difficulties.
NCAS Approach
NCAS believes in taking a client-centered approach when implementing Neurofeedback, counseling, and assessment services. NCAS collaboratively works with clients to identify their unique needs and goals in developing a personalized plan for treatment.
Assess the Brain Before Behavior
It is challenging at best to change and/or modify behavior without first assessing the brain and its regulatory patterns. NCAS specializes in Neurofeedback as an effective intervention to encourage optimal regulation in brainwave activity and to calm the central nervous system. Neurofeedback can be helpful for an array of mental health disorders, especially trauma-related disorders and challenges.

Joy is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Missouri.
She is the founder and steward of Neurofeedback, Counseling, & Assessment Services, LLC. Joy is also a National Certified Counselor and is Board Certified in Neurofeedback. She is experienced and dedicated in helping individuals overcome the challenges in life that are holding them back or keeping them stuck. Joy provides professional guidance and support, along with evidenced-based interventions to assist individuals, couples, and families in achieving their goals.
